The Yoga of the Division of Three Types of Faith
श्रद्धात्रयविभागयोग
Meaning
Supreme God Krishna spoke
But that which is performed expecting a reward or for show-off—know that to be a Passional (Rājasic) yajna. (17:12)

श्रीभगवान् उवाच
अभिसन्धाय तु फलं दम्भार्थमपि चैव यत् ।
इज्यते भरतश्रेष्ठ तं यज्ञं विद्धि राजसम्॥

अभि-सन्धाय तु फलम्, दम्भ-अर्थम् अपि च एव यत्इ
ज्यते, भरत-श्रेष्ठ! तम् यज्ञम् विद्धि राजसम्।
Commentary
It is for this reason that the Vedic yajnas mostly fall into this category.
