Supreme God Krishna spoke
O Scion of the Kuru lineage, Arjuna! The resolute have a single, unwavering focus, but the minds of the fickle flutter, hopping from one thought to another {like a bird flits from twig to twig}. (2:41)

व्यवसायात्मिका बुद्धिरेकेह कुरुनन्दन ।
बहुशाखा ह्यनन्ताश्च बुद्धयोऽव्यवसायिनाम् ॥
