The Yoga of Renunciation of Action

कर्मसन्न्यासयोग

Meaning

Supreme God Krishna spoke

True inner peace graces him who is attached to God but unattached to his actions and their fruits. Conversely, the one unattached to God and instead fixated on the fruits of their efforts driven by desires, falls into the fetters {of reincarnation}. (5:12)

श्रीभगवान् उवाच

युक्तः कर्मफलं त्यक्त्वा शान्तिमाप्नोति नैष्ठिकीम् ।

अयुक्तः कामकारेण फले सक्तो निबध्यते॥
